Business nature

We sell handcrafted marble sculptures. Products are often made to order. Natural stone varies in veining and tone; minor differences from photographs or samples are normal and not defects unless they materially breach an agreed written specification.

Quotes and orders

Website and marketing copy may show indicative prices. A binding price is confirmed only in a written quotation or invoice agreed by both parties, including scope, size, marble grade, and delivery terms.

Payment

Payment milestones (advance, progress, balance) are as agreed in writing. See our Payment Policy for typical practice.

Delivery

Risk and responsibility for freight pass as stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and your order documentation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
