Govind Marble Murti — Handcrafted in Rajasthan

Payment Policy

Last updated: 10 April 2026

Accepted methods

We typically accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI where agreed, and other methods confirmed on your invoice. We do not ask for card numbers over informal chat; official bank details are shared on branded documentation.

Milestones

Custom orders commonly use: (1) advance to block material and bench time, (2) optional progress payment at an agreed carving stage, (3) balance before dispatch or on delivery as contractually stated.

Taxes and invoices

GST and other statutory taxes are charged as applicable. Tax invoices are issued in compliance with Indian law where we are registered to do so.

Security

This website does not collect card payments directly. If we integrate a payment gateway in future, that provider’s terms will apply to card processing.

Disputes

Payment disputes should be raised with your invoice number and bank reference so we can reconcile quickly.
